In this episode, I sit down with Martine Shelley—mum of three, breastfeeding support worker, and postnatal doula—to explore the deep impact of the Mother Wound and how healing it can transform our lives and relationships.
Martine shares her personal journey of growing up feeling emotionally disconnected despite being in a seemingly safe environment. She opens up about how her mother’s own early loss created a cycle of unintentional emotional wounds and how motherhood awakened her own healing path.
