What does it take to go from a shy kid performing magic tricks for family to a confident entrepreneur, speaker, and content creator with hundreds of thousands of followers?

In this episode of Callis Mindset, Kannon sits down with Rudy Reynoso, first-generation college graduate, magician, keynote speaker, podcast host, and business owner, to unpack a journey built on growth, discomfort, and intentional self-development. Rudy shares how being the oldest sibling and a first-generation student shaped his drive to succeed, and how discovering magic at a young age helped him break out of his shell and develop confidence, communication skills, and understand human behavior. But this isn’t just about magic, it’s about mindset. From working alongside family to navigating the pressures of post-college life, Rudy opens up about “building the plane while flying,” overcoming ego, and learning that high performance isn’t always what it looks like from the outside.

Rudy also shares how he applies the principles of magic to business, sales, and leadership, offering a unique perspective on connection, influence, and personal branding. If you’re chasing growth, stepping outside your comfort zone, or trying to build something meaningful, this episode is packed with insights for you!!
