Onward this specific Human goes. Hell on Earth is indeed a nightmare and it's own additional form of trauma. Somehow, some way, never giving up and always striving onward towards "who you wanted to be" in the first place is essentially a recharge of a battery. Meditation, therapy, old and new to me music, wrestling, family time and simply regaining the abily to be present in my own mind and life is more valuable than all the lucre on Earth and a little bit more.
None of us are ok. Never giving up OR being convinced we are automatically correct with everything we think we know are more conducive to life itself than anything in the mainstream oddly enough.
