The Philadelphia Eagles have now solidified their 53-man roster heading into the 2026-2027 NFL season. Now what? Which units are strong and which might be considered weak? O.J. Spivey from The Philadelphia Tribune joined the show this week to help break down various units and what we should expect from this team out of the gate.
But first, Jeff and Len got into how the Phillies dominated August and what they’ll need to do to continue this positive momentum moving forward. (Approx. 2:50)
From there, they discussed how the Sixers have signed some players to Exhibit 10 contracts for training camp. Might any of them make the team?(Approx. 13:45)
The guys then talked briefly about Lionel Messi retiring from international soccer and what it means for the sport. (Approx. 19:10)
What they threw down on the Table this week was a great discussion with O.J. Spivey from The Philadelphia Tribune about the Eagles final 53-man roster and what to expect from various units on offense and defense. The rationale of keeping 4 quarterbacks on the roster. Chemistry between Jalen Hurts and a newer wide receiver room. Why keep 4 tight ends? Thoughts on the safety position and how it may look this season. All of this and much more this week on the Table! (Approx. 25:50)
